We apprciate your interest in working with Quanta. Like any open source project it can benefit from greater involvement within the community. However it is always best if people with similar objectives and views work on a project. Logically, if you like Quanta and what is happening with KDE's technical specifications we would probably be delighted to have your help.

We have already stated on the site that we are looking to bring Quanta to the level of a professional web development tool, but we wish to keep it intuitive enough for newbies to still be productive. If you have serious ideas about how to help make this happen we are interested in talking.

At the same time if you have very little in the way of technical skills and don't see how you could help but still want to then give it a shot. You might be surprised how you could help just answering other people's questions so the developers can develop. ;-)
