Bug Reporting
We are discontinuing our online bug reporting here for several reasons. This is actually an effort to improve support as this system is far less effective than others we have in place. The following options are available.
- Use the help menu to submit bugs to bugs.kde.org. This gathers important system information and provides a means to be sure it's not a duplicate report.
- Use bugs.kde.org directly. This bug system is superior to email because it doesn't get lost in the shuffle.
- Many bug reports aren't really bugs, but we can still answer questions. If you're not sure then use our user mailing list. You do need to be subscribed to post but you can unsubscribe or elect not to receive email and read it from a news group. You can get answers very quick on this list.
